SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. During peak holiday season (November–December), delivery may take a few extra days. We recommend ordering early for holiday gifts.

TRACKING
Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, please contact us at contact@jhesegroup.com and we'll help resolve it with a replacement or refund.
